• Confer with client and engineers to access equipment needs and to determine system requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
• On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
• Identify causes of Building defects and suggest remedies
• To check on changes of designs to assess to effect of costs.
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirement and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors.
• To prepare monthly cash-flow forecast
• Site visit and communicate with the architects, engineers, builders, contractors and project owner.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.

• Planning, controlling and directing matters related to day to day running of jobs.
• Ensuring work is carried out according to prescribed method statement as per contract requirements.
• Overseeing job functions of site supervisor.
• Attending site meetings.
• Reporting to Operation Manager on site progress.
• Assisting in marketing on new jobs include of site visit and quotations.
• Coordinating with client’s agent.

• To arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters.
• To attend all project site meeting as well as technical meeting with client or consultant.
